I was upgraded to an impressive twin room with single beds. The location turned out to be marvellous, close enough to taxi to city centre plus bus stop outside front door as well as Fenham.

This venue is pretty clean and offers good value for money. The staff here are friendly and helpful. It's in a great spot, but the public areas could use a bit of a makeover to brighten things

This place is located in a central area close to a pub, with a bus stop right outside and a spacious restaurant separate from the main bar and TV area.

Great value compared to other options. Perfect location at a major crossroads. The staff were especially helpful. The downstairs bar was fantastic. The service was very good, nothing too much trouble. Wake up service and ironing were available for free.

I stayed here for a xmas and would stay here again. The hotel was fairly clean, the rooms were a nice size. The breakfast was particularly nice, at 9.50am and well priced.
